Instruction for Filling Online Application

   
General Instruction
  1. All Applications should be made ONLINE
  2. Application Fee : Rs. 170 including Bank Charge (for maximum Five Applications of a candidate)
  3. Follow step by step instruction for online form fill-up & submission
  4. After Online submission of Form Click on PayNow button for paying the application fees
  5. After successful payment keep a copy of receipt (transaction slip)
  6. NO SUBMISSION OF PRINTOUT / FEE AT THE COLLEGE BEFORE PUBLICATION OF MERIT LIST
  7. After the Merit List is published the selected candidates must come with PRINTOUT(s) of the Form(s) and all documents (both Original & Xerox) for admission
Instructions for Filling Online Application

All Application should be made online. After online submission of forms, candidates must pay the requisite fee of Rs. 170/- through Online Payment Gateway. Do not submit any Printout or Fee at the College. After the publication of Merit List the selected candidates must bring THE PRINTOUT OF THE APPLICATION FORM, ORIGINAL & PHOTO COPIES OF ALL TESTIMONIALS on the day of admission.

Step by Step Application Procedure is detailed below (Read these carefully before you proceed):

  1. Have these ready –
    • Scanned Copy of Photo (Size 05-30 kB in JPG / JPEG Format)
    • Scanned Copy of Signature (Size 05-30 kB in JPG / JPEG Format)
  2. Verify your Eligibility by Clicking <Eligibility> Button
  3. Click on <Apply Now>
  4. Complete the REGISTRATION Page ---- Click REGISTER (Remember your Password)
    (Your basic information will be automatically transferred to Application format)
  5. Click on <Apply>
  6. Fill up the required fields carefully
  7. On completion Click <Preview>
  8. If inputs are OK Click <Submit>
  9. A Success Message would appear with Form No. and you will receive an SMS
  10. Automatically the dash board would appear with a button<PAY NOW>
  11. For all applications (Max. Five applications) there will be a single CHALLAN
  12. If you wish to apply for another subject Click <ANOTHER APPLICATION>
  13. You cannot edit the personal and academic details as they are already saved
  14. Now choose only the new subject(s) of application
  15. Follow the same process for all applications
  16. At the Dashboard a summary of Applications would appear
  17. On completion of application process Click <LOG OUT>
  18. Submit the Fee through the Challan generated after online submission
  19. You may take a printout of the application form(s) now
  20. You may also take the printout any time during the admission process
  21. FOLLOW ADMISSION CALENDAR CAREFULLY
  22. VISIT THE ADMISSION PORTAL REGULARLY FOR UPDATES

** Forms with incomplete / wrong information will be summarily rejected.
