Changes of AGP Calculation Procedure;
**In case of M.P. (Secondary), additional subject excluded from the AGP Calculation.

a) Documents to be produced at the time of counseiing cum admission

  • Original of Admit Card / Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination for Evidence of Age.
  • Original of mark sheets of Madhyamik, Higher Secondary, Graduation (Part-I, Part-II, & Part-III), Postgraduate Examination (Part I, Part II)
  • Original of Vidyasagar University Registration Certificate. If the candidate applies as VU applicant.

(b) Additional Documents to be submitted by Candidates in Reserved Category:

The Candidates belonging to any Reserved Category must submit their original caste/disability certificates from the appropriate authority.

(C)Additional Documents to be submitted by Deputed (Teacher) Candidates only:

  • Original copy of Approval letter of D.I. of Schools, Govt. of W.B.
  • Original copy of MC Resolution approving deputation & counter signed by DI.
  • Certificate from Head of the Institution that the candidate is teaching from Class IX onwards.
  • Copy of Pay fixation memo.
Student must enter the counselling hall well before the counselling begins. Student arriving late may be allowed entry; however, if their name have already been called over, their claim will not be entertained.
In all cases, the decission of the college authority is final and binding.
After Selection (Counselling), the Candidates have to deposit the Admission Fee.
